Tamara Heimonen is an Associate Director, HR Research & Advisory Services at McLean & Company. Tamara is an experienced HR professional who has worked in a variety of national and multi-national corporations in the finance, retail, and grocery industries. She has over 20 years of broad HR experience, as both a senior HR Business Partner and in more specialized roles in Learning & Development and Compensation. Tamara is a strategic leader with a focus on aligning people and enterprise strategies to drive engagement and performance in complex and changing environments.
Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University, and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College. She also holds a certificate in Adult Learning from George Brown College.

Judith H. Edge is Corporate Vice President, Human Resources for FedEx Corporation, a global transportation and business services holding company. She is responsible for leading the Human Resources function for FedEx Corporation, which includes talent development, succession planning, executive compensation, benefits, workforce strategy, and HR operations.
FedEx has been widely acknowledged for its commitment to total quality service and has consistently been ranked on Fortune magazine’s industry lists, including “World’s Most Admired Companies” and “America’s Most Admired Companies”
Mrs. Edge is an adjunct member of the FedEx Strategic Management Committee, which is responsible for developing the corporation’s strategic business activities. She joined the company as a Customer Service Representative, and has held a variety of Human Resources positions throughout her FedEx Career.
Mrs. Edge earned a bachelor of arts from the University of Memphis and a master’s degree in business administration from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. She is a member of the HR Policy Association, The Conference Board’s Council on Executive Compensation and Global HR Council, and serves on the Board of Directors of Youth Villages and Shelby County Healthcare Corporation.

Shawn Bryant is a strategic and operational efficiency leader, winning culture champion, and diversity catalyst.
Shawn has been an US expat living in London, England. He currently leads a global finance team of over 80 professionals with responsibilities for 30+ countries. He drives operational excellence, strong business partnerships, and high team engagement while enhancing the customer experience inside American Express. His professional career includes roles as a financial analyst, senior finance manager, finance director, and a vice-president of finance with Ford, Dell, Select Comfort, and Fingerhut. Currently, Shawn is the Vice President – Finance and North American and European Payroll Operations, with American Express.
Shawn holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in corporate finance from BYU’s Marriott School of Management and a B.A. degree in Spanish and a minor in Business from Brigham Young University.
